1. Hydrate from the inside out
There is often a lot of dehydration during winter, which can affect your skin. Hydration is achieved by drinking enough water. Pair it with hydrating foods like cucumbers, oranges and green leafy vegetables to brighten your skin from within. Top it off with an external application of a hydrating serum that contains hyaluronic acid, which plumps your skin into a soft canvas.

2. Change to gentle cleanser
Harsh soaps and cleansers strip the skin of its natural oils, leading to dryness. Choose a gentle, sulfate-free cleanser that cleanses without compromising the skin’s natural barrier. Look for ingredients like ceramides or glycerin to nourish your skin while you cleanse.

3. Moisturize strategically
Moisturizing cannot be skipped in winter. Choose something richer and creamier, which will keep the hydration in longer.
