As a journalist who mainly covers Tamil cinema, the recent IIFA 2025 had the opportunity to catch the most exciting part about the journey program. cinderThe screening was a part of the film 50Wan An anniversary and an person who had never got a chance to see Panth Classic before, the screening became a priority on my visit to Jaipur. It was notable that this incident was happening in Rajasthan, this landscape which proved to be the perfect canvas for many western people, which is equal to the desi of Spagty Western. But, the interesting thing is, cinder Bangalore was shot near and it is quite melodramatic that after all these years, the action-adventure film made it Rajasthan for its 50Wan Year celebration.
Although i did not see cinder Earlier, thanks to social media, I knew everything about the film – how Jai and Veeru Duos, the iconic ‘Yeho Dosti’ became synonymous with the track (thanks to a cousy scene that is characterized by Senthil and Gundamani) and what an opponent of the film Gabbar Singh. Interestingly, Kamal Haasan, who plays an important role in bringing many Hindi actors to Tamil cinema, resigned in Amjad Khan for his 1986 film. Vikram In the role of a Sultan.

The screening sound was made more exciting that this Raj Temple was being held in cinema. Later a small bus trip from our hotel, I reached Raj Mandir Cinema, which was all ready for screening. The odd design that was completed with the stars on the mask was adorned with decorations for screening. There was a scooter just in front of the ticket counter, with a sidecare similar to riding in Jai and Veeru. There was also a big ticket roll with the details of the screening of the film.
For the first time, it is a lot of experience to step into Raj Mandir cinema. A beautifully prepared semi-goliar ramp doubles as access to balcony seats with several chandeliers falling from the domes in the roof. Based on pricing, seats are divided into categories like Pearl, Ruby, Emerald and Diamond. With wooden handrails and luxurious carpets, a trip inside feels that it seems like stepping out of the time machine in the 80s.
Despite many more special decorations for screening, which doubled as a selfie spot and more than 1000 people in appearance, to get a small tub of popcorn, to get the finger or collide into acquaintances, the theater was on full performance. And for a Chennai-based cinefile, for which the closing of theaters seems to be like a personal loss-we recently lost Udayam, followed by the recent news of the shutdown of Mr. Binda Theater-not only the screen theater survived, but still had a vision to flourish with all its legacy.

If Foire is a cure for the eyes, wait until you witness the real theater. The walls and ceilings are completed with ornamental plaster turns. When the corridor was adorned with a couch bending on a wall filled with frescos, the journey of the balcony is a pleasant surprise.
