The visuals of the movie are quite stunning and will keep you engaged for 3 hours knowing what you already know. This is a good and bad thing. There is talk about the courage of Nag Ashwin who is doing something like this in his third film. They make you get lost in that world and believe that in the future, women will have no freedom over their bodies and men will only care about capitalist profits. A world where economic inequality has worsened.
The scenes at Kurukshetra don’t show magic so much by themselves as they help you fit the pieces of the puzzle to know what happens after 6000 years. The first half encourages you to know everything, while the second half helps to speed up the story and prepare more for the upcoming installments. The film’s fight scenes, especially those that use VFX, look awkward. However, the fight scenes of Ashwathama were quite good.

Amitabh Bachchan has done a great job as Ashwathama and you too will surely appreciate him. Despite Kamal’s screen time being less, every time he comes on screen, he is smitten.
