One of the backup dancers, Jan Ravnik, quickly rushed to help her get off the stage. Ravnik picked Swift up safely and lowered her down without any hitches. The clip quickly went viral, with fans praising the Midnights crooner’s professionalism. Swifties also praised the dancer for saving the day.

One fan wrote on Axe (formerly Twitter), “They are the ultimate professionals! And I mean the entire cast, band and crew!” Meanwhile, another fan shared the experience of her friend who was present at the show, “My friend was there and she tried to stay away from spoilers. Sent me messages like “was this going to happen” Me: “No” She: “Yeah I didn’t think so. She really didn’t seem ready””

“I wonder if they plan for things like that. Like ‘okay if that happens I’ll just sit down and you come and get me’. But does that mean if she malfunctions she’ll pick him up,” another fan joked. Another added, “I would definitely panic, jump down, twist my ankle on those heels and break my ankle.”
