New Delhi: Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor welcomed their daughter Rhea Kapoor a year and a half ago and since then their world has completely changed. While announcing Rhea’s arrival, Alia mentioned that they are obsessive parents and they are truly living up to the title. Rhea is their life and we have often seen glimpses of their passion as parents. Speaking to HT, Alia spoke about her daughter Rhea and confessed that she would never want her daughter to be a version of herself that she is not most comfortable with. In fact, this is one of the best parenting tips one can get from Alia without sounding preachy.
The Jigra actress told HT, “I believe children are born with their own personalities. You just have to nurture and care for them and let them stand on their own feet. Let them form their own personality. I don’t think I want her (Raha) to ever become a version of herself that she doesn’t feel comfortable with.”
Alia Bhatt also spoke about being a spontaneous mother to daughter Rhea, “When it comes to the legacy that I had envisioned as an actor and a mother, I don’t think it has been calculated from my side. The choices that I make as a mother are also very spontaneous about what I think is best for my child. I am very careful, but I can also be very random. So I am a mix of both”.
On the professional front, the actress had recently announced her first action film with YRF Alpha, which also stars Sarvari. Alia will also be next seen in Zirgra alongside The Archies actor Vedang Raina. She has also signed Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s second film Love and War alongside husband Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.
