But if you, like me, are a foodie and also a cinema enthusiast, there are plenty of films based on food. But what about titles that focus on a particular dish? Here are some delicious dishes that have made their mark in the world of cinema.

Let’s start at the top: a Pixar classic Ratatouille. Who would have thought that a rat would create a heartwarming French Provençal dish of steamed vegetables that left the eccentric restaurant critic Anton Ego and us wanting more?
