Mumbai: Actresses Shivangi Joshi and Rubina Dilaik visited the temple to seek blessings of Lord Shiva on the auspicious occasion of the second ‘Shravan Somvar’ on Monday. During Sawan Somvar, devotees observe a strict fast from morning till late evening to worship Lord Shiva. They perform several rituals, offer prayers and seek blessings.
Rubina shared a picture on Instagram in which she is seen visiting the Mahadev temple wearing a white salwar kameez and a black Nehru jacket.
In the clip, the actress is seen walking around the temple and praying. She captioned the picture: “Har Har Mahadev.”
Married to actor Abhinav Shukla, Rubina is best known for her role of Radhika Shastri in her debut film ‘Chhoti Bahu’.
However, she received a lot of love from the audience for her role of Saumya Singh, a transgender woman in ‘Shakti – Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki’.
She also won the 14th season of ‘Bigg Boss’ hosted by Salman Khan and later appeared in reality shows like ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 12’ and ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 10’.
Shivangi has shared a picture of a Shivling with ‘Om Namah Shivay’ playing in the background. The actress started her acting career in 2013 with ‘Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholi’.
Later, he was seen in ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’, ‘Beintehaa’, ‘Begusarai’ and ‘Balika Vadhu 2’.
Shivangi also participated in the 12th season of ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi’.
