Mumbai: Bollywood veteran Amitabh Bachchan, who recently appeared in the blockbuster film “Kalki 2898 AD”, says he will never be able to repay the appreciation he has received from the audience.
On Wednesday, the actor shared pictures of a fan meet with his ex outside his house Jalsa in Juhu area of Mumbai.

In the pictures, the senior actor can be seen wearing a hoodie, which he paired with black pants and headgear.
He wrote: “This love will remain a huge debt that I can never repay.”
Big B’s career spans nearly six decades in Indian cinema and he has consistently delivered several blockbusters at the peak of his career after snatching stardom from Rajesh Khanna. However, the actor faced a downturn in the 1990s when his production company ABCL went into debt.
Big B wanted to bring a new style of filmmaking to India, which would be very similar to the modern filmmaking backed by corporates and studios. However, it did not take off at that time.
ABCL also organised the beauty pageant Miss World in 1996, which returned to India after 28 years. The event led to several protests across the country and reportedly a person died by self-immolation during the protests. Due to the protests across the country, ABCL suffered huge financial losses in the event.
The company fell into heavy debt as Big B had to repay a loan of over Rs 100 crore in the 1990s.
That’s when he said yes to the quiz-based reality television show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’. This decision was driven by the pressure of repaying the debt. ‘KBC’ received an overwhelming positive response from the audience and Big B reached every Indian household.
He regained his superstardom and the television medium helped him in this, at a time when the silver screen had turned its back on him.
Today, the megastar is regarded as one of the biggest cinematic forces in not just Hindi but entire Indian cinema.
