New Delhi: Actress Sharvari Wagh is slowly making her mark in Bollywood. Her last release ‘Munja’, was a horror comedy that was a huge success at the box office. Her recent release ‘Veda’ opposite John Abraham releases in theatres on August 15, 2024 along with Stree 2 and Khel Khel Mein. Ahead of the film release, Sharvari was spotted at the famous Siddhivinayak temple in Mumbai.
Dressed in ethnic attire, she wore a bright yellow kurta with floral motifs and palazzo pants. The actress sought Bappa’s blessings for her film in which she is seen in a complete action avatar. She was accompanied by her parents.
Veda is an action drama film directed by Nikhil Advani and produced by Zee Studios, Emme Entertainment and JA Entertainment. The film stars John Abraham, Sharvari, Abhishek Banerjee and Ashish Vidyarthi in lead roles. The film is inspired by true events.
So far it has been receiving critical acclaim and fans have loved it too. For her role in Veda, Sharvari trained in boxing, a sport she had never tried before.
Talking about the work front, Sharvari has started shooting for the upcoming film ‘Alpha’. She recently shared a picture on Instagram, in which she is seen posing with the film’s clapboard and director Shiv Rawail. Alia Bhatt is in the lead role in the film.
