Two days ago, 31-year-old Miley Cyrus and her 25-year-old boyfriend Max Morando stepped out for a rare “Party in the USA” date night at the Future Islands concert in Los Angeles on Wednesday. The “Flowers” Grammy Award-winning artist and the Lily drummer have reportedly been dating since 2021 after crossing paths on a blind date. Earlier this year, a source close to them revealed that they had moved in together, and their relationship couldn’t be better.
It seems like they’ve come a long way, with an insider telling People that Miley is “very happy with him” and how their private romance “has been good for her.” Furthering that love story saga, another source recently claimed the former Disney star was ready to take the next step with Max.

Max Morando is possibly the right guy for Miley Cyrus
The scars of her failed marriage to Liam Hemsworth are still fresh, but Cyrus is reportedly ready to take it big with her new boyfriend and has been dropping hints about it. “Miley has been very thoughtful about whether she wants to get married again, but recently she has started dropping hints that she’s ready to put a ring on Max’s finger,” a source told Life & Style. The Hannah Montana star considers him a “perfect fit” for her because “he’s fun and wild but not in an unhealthy way.” Plus, their musical roots bring them together, as well as the “simple things” in life like “walking their dogs or relaxing at home.”
The insider also confessed that Max has already “become the one constant thing in her life.” Despite all the drama that happens to her, he “calms her down when she’s stressed and makes life 100% better.” It seems like Cyrus has really found the much-needed sunshine for her “flowers” now that she can’t possibly imagine her life without Max.
Plus, despite her previous marriage to her The Last Song co-star not working out and possibly changing her attitude toward the whole institution, she “hasn’t completely given up on it.” Not only is the “Heart of Glass” singer giving love another shot, but it looks like her friends are already bracing themselves for the ultimate good news, predicting an inevitable engagement in the near future.

Miley Cyrus might miss Liam Hemsworth days due to latest lawsuit
The report hit the web just days after Cyrus was sued by music rights acquiring platform Tempo Music Investments, which accused her of allegedly copying Bruno Mars’ song “When I Was Your Man” for her Grammy-winning hit “Flowers.”
Although fans were quick to accept the fact that Bruno’s hit track was intentionally sampled in Miley’s songs as it plays a crucial role in the Miley-Liam story, Tempo Music apparently did not receive this information. On the contrary, even if they did receive this information, they are still coming down hard on Miley like a “wrecking ball” to make some money off her suffering. Interestingly, the Silk Sonic singer is not a plaintiff in this nasty lawsuit.
On a related side note, a report from the Daily Mail after the lawsuit was filed revealed that Cyrus might actually be worried about going to court over this dilemma because that would ultimately leave her with no choice but to speak out about Liam Hemsworth—the alleged inspiration behind “Flowers.” The pop icon dropped the heavily hinted tune three years after finalizing her divorce from the Australian actor.
