Lady Gaga shared a surprise companion album on Instagram to her upcoming release Joker: Folie à Deux. It’s set to be released in 3 days.
Fans were surprised when Lady Gaga announced that she was releasing a companion album to her upcoming release, the psychological musical thriller Joker: Folie à Deux. What else? The new album Harlequin will be released on September 27 and will contain 13 songs. Prior to the announcement, Lady Gaga made several cryptic posts on Instagram. One post read, “I’m ready for my interview.” Another read, “Don’t tell me what to wear.” Another read, “Moon dust goes everywhere.”
In the announcement post, she shared the album cover, which showed her standing in the shower with a lifebuoy wrapped around her neck. “Harlequin. Out September 27th,” the singer wrote in the caption. “A companion album to Joker: Folie à do.”

Lady Gaga plays Harley Quinn opposite Joaquin Phoenix’s Joker in Joker: Folie à Deux, the sequel to 2019’s Joker. The film had its world premiere at the Venice Film Festival last month. Warner Bros is all set to release Joker: Folie à Deux in theatres on October 4, 2024.
