Diddy’s legal drama is taking another turn as former porn star Adria English, who accused him of sexual misconduct at his infamous White Parties, may soon be without a lawyer. Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, her lawyer, who days ago made explosive claims about the ‘Freak Off’ tape being sold in Hollywood, is requesting to step down, citing irreconcilable differences and communication issues with Adria. According to TMZ, conflicting instructions and Adria’s behavior have made it impossible for her attorney to continue working.
Diddy’s accuser’s lawyer requested to withdraw from the case
Former adult film actress Adria English is seeking legal representation after her attorney, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, requested to withdraw from the case, according to court documents obtained by TMZ on October 3. English’s lawsuit, which was filed before the music mogul’s arrest in July, alleges that she was forced to participate in sexual acts with attendees of Diddy’s parties.

Now, the lawyer representing her, Mitchell-Kidd, has cited irreconcilable differences and Adria’s behavior as reasons for her decision to step down. The lawyer claims that English’s “lack of tone and respect” has made it impossible to maintain a productive lawyer-client relationship.
Questions were raised on the ‘weakening behavior and actions’ of Didi’s accuser.
English attracted media attention in July when she filed a lawsuit accusing Diddy of instructing her to engage in sexual acts with Jacob Arabov, a well-known figure in the hip-hop world. According to her claims, she was forced to have sex with Arabov and received an additional $1,000 on top of her normal payment for working Diddy’s parties. Court documents uncovered by the Daily Mail reveal that English first encountered Diddy in 2004 when her then-boyfriend was auditioning for a modeling role with Diddy’s fashion brand, Sean John.
“Plaintiff was forced by Defendant Combs to drink a large amount of drug laced alcohol before she was forced to have sexual intercourse with Defendant Jacobs,” the lawsuit alleges.

Now, Adria English’s attorney, Mitchell-Kidd, is seeking to withdraw from the case, citing irreconcilable differences. A spokesperson for Diddy has responded to the situation by disputing the claims made by the accuser and claiming that English has lost the support of both of his lawyers due to his erratic behavior. According to the outlet, the spokesperson alleges English is fabricating stories and acting in a way that weakens her case.
Freak off tapes are being sold in Hollywood: Lawyer
Earlier, the lawyer had revealed that a sexually explicit video from Diddy’s archives, allegedly involving a high-profile industry A-lister, is being sold around Hollywood. Without revealing names, Mitchell-Kidd claimed that she was contacted about the tape and shared that the person being filmed was unaware of the recording.
During a recent appearance on NewsNation, Mitchell-Kidd said, “A particular person contacted me to buy a special video that they had and to contact the person who was in the video to see whether they were interested in purchasing the video before it became public knowledge.
“Mr. Combs was on the tape and this other person is — I would dare say even more high-profile than Mr. Combs,” she continued.
The lawyer representing the cases of some of Diddy’s high-profile accusers revealed that he had seen stills of an explicit video allegedly involving Diddy and a famous celebrity. He confirmed the authenticity of the video and said that the second person could be clearly identified. According to him, the footage was taken at Diddy’s Atlanta home, where hidden cameras were allegedly used, and it appears that the other man was not aware of being recorded.
