BigHit confirmed that Jin is preparing an album, with more details to be revealed soon.
BTS is all set to make their much-awaited comeback with an album after returning from Jin Army. The K-pop idol previously hinted about an album with his comment under Jimin’s announcement in June that read, “Jimin, I’m next. I will also sing” and it looks like he lives up to his words. He returned from his mandatory military service on 12 June 2024 and since then fans have been waiting for his songs.

BTS Jin’s solo comeback with new album
According to Dispatch, Kim Seokjin will be making a solo comeback with his new album this fall. BigHit told Korean media outlets, “Jin is preparing an album with the goal of releasing it in November” and “we will reveal more details as soon as they are finalized,” on October 14.
He has been in good form since being discharged from his military service, as he hosted a hug-meeting with fans before carrying the torch for the Paris Olympics 2024 in Paris. The Astronaut singer revealed that he began working on the album while he was filming for his variety show on Weavers. He announced, “I recorded and filmed a variety show. I try to show my face as much as possible and work on my main job.”
He also recently made headlines when he dropped one of his most popular solo tracks, Super Tuna, which had 136 million streams across all music streaming platforms. They replaced it a few days ago with a new music video with an extended version of the song. As Soompi reports, they have also completed filming for a Netflix variety show called Kiyan’s Bizarre B&B, which is scheduled to release next year.

Jin’s comeback album took the internet by storm as fans had been waiting for this moment since his return from ARMY. Fans took to X to express their joy and one user wrote, “Oh my god, November is going to be so good for me.” Another user wrote, “Finally the main character is coming!!!” A third user wrote, “I’m literally about to puke, no one will understand what I’m going through right now I’m waiting for this to happen.”
