National Film Award winning actor Rishabh Shetty has signed a new project with director Sandeep Singh. Rishabh will play the lead role in the historical drama Pride of India: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The film will tell the story of the beloved 17th century Indian ruler Shivaji Bhosle. Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared the first-look poster on Instagram. The poster shows Rishabh as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The actor is standing on a rock in front of the backdrop of an Indian map, holding a sword in his hand. In the caption, Taran Adarsh wrote, “Rishabh Shetty and his role in ‘Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’… to be directed by Sandeep Singh… National Award winning actor Rishabh Shetty and director Sandeep Singh announce their first collaboration: The Pride Of India: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.”
