It looks like Jennifer Lopez is eager to secure a new home, given that her $68 million mansion with ex-husband Ben Affleck is still for sale.
Lopez was seen on Thursday touring several homes in two of Los Angeles’ richest areas: Beverly Hills and Brentwood, as seen in photos obtained by the Daily Mail. The mansion where the couple lives has been officially listed for $68 million since July 11 as CORE’s Santiago Arana said he took the property on a private tour but has yet to find a buyer.
Dressed in a blue flannel shirt, baggy jeans and platform boots, Jennifer looked tense as she toured three expensive properties that reportedly have huge backyards, pools and plenty of space for her 16-year-old twins Emme and… Maximum. The pictures show the Atlas star crossing her arms and pursed her lips tightly as she checks out the lavish properties.

Lopez still living in $60 million mansion after Affleck split
For now, Jennifer is still living in the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom mansion that she and Ben purchased for $60 million in May 2023, just months after their July 2022 elopement. The property, spread over 38,000 square feet over a promontory, was the only home the couple shared during their two-year marriage. Jennifer confirmed her continued residence in the home by sharing photos taken at its door on social media in early November.
The end of the relationship became apparent in May when reports emerged that Ben had moved into a $100,000-a-month rental property. An insider claimed at the time, “The writing is on the wall – it’s over.”
“They will likely have to sell their dream home that they spent two years looking for.” The source continued, “They will never stop loving each other, but she can’t control him, and he can’t change her. There was no way this could have lasted.”
