Pakistani actress Mahira Khan recently spoke about her personal struggles of being a divorced single mother and the professional threats she faced when she (along with other Pakistani actors) was banned from performing in films in India. It has been done.

“But I said to myself, ‘Are you crazy? This is going to end,’ maybe it was 14-year-old Mahira who told me. But I won’t lie that those times were very tough. I wouldn’t have gotten over it,” the actress said. “I was crying every day after getting out of bed, which had a huge impact on my professional and personal life.”
As soon as the picture went viral, rumors of Mahira Khan and Ranbir Kapoor’s relationship started flying. In the picture, Mahira and Ranbir are seen smoking cigarettes on the streets of New York. Ranbir and Mahira were clicked together for the first time at the Global Teacher Prize event in Dubai. Their relationship reportedly took a backseat as Mahira faced criticism for smoking in a viral picture.
Mahira has always bounced back and chooses to be positive in life. “Personally, I did the right thing. I made some personal choices that were right for me and my child. Professionally, I stayed quiet because I knew I couldn’t say anything at that time. All the brands called me. And said we are with you,” she said.
Mahira married Salim Karim last year. Mahira Khan’s first marriage was to Ali Askari. They separated in 2015. Mahira and Ali are parents to 13-year-old son Azlan. Mahira will be seen in the Netflix series Jo Bachaye Hain Sang Samet Lo alongside Fawad Khan and Sanam Saeed which will release next year.
