Describing his physical and emotional transformation, he mentioned that he now feels like his 25-year-old self, able to walk for 12 hours without stopping.
Ram revealed that during his toughest years, he struggled with health problems like diabetes and leg injuries, which made basic activities difficult. She realized that she needed to prioritize her health not only for herself but to set a good example for her children. In the last six months he lost 55 kg and now weighs 85 kg.
