next to sky force Song MayeAfter the release of ‘, lyricist Manoj Muntashir threatened to take legal action against the producers as he was not given proper credit for the song. Manoj Muntashir wrote an angry post on X and accused the makers of showing “complete disrespect” towards his art.
Manoj Muntashir wrote, “Please note JioStudio, MaddockFilms, SaregamaGlobal, this song is not just sung and composed but has been written by someone who has given all his blood and sweat. Name of the writers from the opening credits “Removing it shows gross disrespect for the craft.” And brotherhood by producers.”
He further added, “If this is not rectified immediately, including the lead song being released tomorrow, I will refuse to sing and will ensure that my voice is heard by the law of the country. Shame on you.”
On Tuesday, Jio Studios shared the teaser of the song on X. Mai is sung by B Praak and music is composed by Tanishk Bagchi. Both were credited for the song in the clip, but Manoj was not mentioned. However, the Sky Force team tagged the lyricist in the caption.

On Saturday, the makers shared the first-look poster of Akshay Kumar and Veer Pahriya. The caption reads, “This New Year take to the skies with #Skyforce – the untold story of India’s first and deadliest air strike. Trailer releasing tomorrow. In theaters 24th January 2025.”
sky force Tells the story of India’s first air raid. It highlights the courage and patriotism of the men in uniform participating in the mission. The film is jointly directed by Dinesh Vijan, Jyoti Deshpande and Amar Kaushik.
The film will hit the screens on January 24, 2025.
