Priyanka Chopra has been included in the shortlisted film of Oscar 2025 Anuja As an executive producer.

The film was produced in collaboration with Salaam Balak Trust (SBT), a non-profit founded by Mira Nair’s family that supports street and working children.
It is also being financed by Shine Global – known for Academy Award-winning films war/dance (2007) and innocente (2012), and Krishna Naik Films.
Notable producers like Mindy Kaling and Guneet Monga Kapoor have also been roped in to be a part of the project.
This is Monga’s third Oscar nomination.
His previous projects, elephant whisperers Won the Best Documentary Short Award at the 95th Academy Awards. Whereas Period: end of sentencewon the prestigious award in the same category at the 91st Academy Awards.
