Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding was the “hardest wedding ever”, recalls their security advisor

Renowned Bollywood security consultant Yusuf Ibrahim recently revealed that out of all the celebrity weddings he has managed, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding was the “most difficult” ever.

Yusuf is most responsible for the safety of the stars in public places such as events and award shows. But he also handled security at many other high-profile celebrity weddings including Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina Kaif-Vicky Kaushal, Varun Dhawan-Natasha Dalal and Rakul Preet Singh-Jackie Bhagnani.

Recently, during an interview with Siddharth Kannan, he was asked about his most difficult marriage so far. Without thinking, he said, “Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor.” What happened here?

He explained to the crows, “There were at least 350 people from media houses. At least 10 people had come from each company. Besides, his fans had gathered outside his house. The same company had also sent people from each of its regional channels. Sent four people.” Gathered outside his house.

So what was the result of such a big meeting?

“People had crowded all over Pali Hill. Both the roads leading to Pali Hill were filled with media and fans. The crowd was so huge that we had to see the guests’ cars all the way down the road leading to their building .We had to run after them,” he revealed.

If that wasn’t enough, the star status of the guests made it even more challenging.

He further added, “It became even more challenging because the guests at the wedding were also celebrities. The chaos was such that even people living in the building got disturbed and extremely distressed.”

Refuting rumors about 200 bouncers on duty at the wedding venue, Yusuf said, “We had around 60 people in each shift and our shifts were of eight hours each. We worked round the clock.”

But even with that number it was not easy to manage.

“It was crazy because the building had only one gate for both entry and exit, so everyone had to enter through the same gate. We had to escort all the relatives and friends through that crowded street. All their guests were famous. There were celebrities. The press went crazy that night,” he added.

Sharing that he and his core team worked at least 18 hours a day over six days, he said, “There were no specific instructions from their side as to how many people they needed or how many days of security they would allow.” Want. He just called me and shared the details of his wedding events, I have known him since student of the year And Crazy youthfulness Day. They trust me with my work.”

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt got married in an intimate ceremony at their residence on April 14, 2022, after almost four years of dating. They welcomed their daughter Raha the same year.
