Earlier, Sonu Sood had shared his inspiration for the film in a video posted on social media: “In 2020, when we were in the grip of Covid, many people who reached out to me for help were victims of cyber crime. Were victims. They were dealing with fraud, and money had been taken out of their accounts. This affected me deeply and I wanted to tell the story of the common man.”
He further said,Fateh This is a film made for the common man, and I wanted it to reach everyone across India in the most accessible way. Therefore, we have decided to keep the ticket price at just ₹99 for the first day. Additionally, I will be donating all profits from the film as my way of giving back to the people.”

Produced by Shakti Sagar Productions and Zee Studios, the film stars Sonu Sood alongside Jacqueline Fernandez, Vijay Raaz and Naseeruddin Shah. The project has also brought in a number of Hollywood experts to increase its appeal, including directors of photography, research teams and action choreographers.
