Rich Peppiatt’s knees has swept the 2025 BAFTA nominations, making history as one of the most famous debut films in the history of the British Academy. The Irish hip-hop biopic received six nominations, giving Peppiatt a spot alongside his billy elliott Director Stephen Daldry became the most nominated debut filmmaker in BAFTA history with three individual nods.
