Social media -affected Orie, along with seven others, violated local laws in Jammu, Jammu, when he allegedly consumed alcohol in a hotel cottage suit. An FIR has been lodged against him for consuming alcohol despite strict prohibition on liquor in the area.
Katra, a city near Vaishno Devi Shrine, implements ban on alcohol and non-vegetarian food to maintain the sanctity of the place.
Rakesh Wazir, president of the Hotel and Restaurant Association in Katra, reacted to the incident, stating that visitors should respect the spiritual sanctity of the city.
