Thiruvananthapuram: Actor-director Prithviraj Sukumaran’s Mohanlal led ‘L2: Emapuran’ is breaking records at the box office. BJYM State General Secretary K Ganesh, in a Facebook post, asked the filmmaker to investigate the “foreign connection”, claiming that Prithviraj’s films have followed the “completely anti-national” pattern.
“Foreign connections of the film Emapuran, director and actor, Prithviraj, should be investigated. After the filming of Aadujiviti, his promoted ideas through films have been completely anti-nation. It has been anti-national.
Ganesh also alleged that Prithviraj’s stay in Jordan should be investigated during the filming of Adujivitha.
He said, “During the shooting of Aadujeevitham, he was stuck in Jordan. It is important to check with whom he was in contact during his time,” he said.
Mohanlal-Starrer hit theaters on 27 March.
