Joint Commissioner of Police Ankur Jain confirmed that the notice was served to several persons nominated in the FIR, including Raina, Chanchalani, Alladia and others.
“We have given notice, but they have not yet complied. We are looking at the matter according to the legal process and will take action accordingly,” Jain said.
