Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana Khan’s upcoming film ‘King’ has become one of the most anticipated release, in which fans have eagerly awaited any update. The latest discussion is that Deepika Padukone has been confirmed to act unlike SRK in Siddharth Anand’s action-pack thriller.
Deepika Padukone to act in Raja?
Although Deepika has an extended cameo role, her character plays an important role in the plot. The peeping moon has confirmed that Deepika will also portray Suhana Khan’s mother and Shah Rukh Khan’s ex -lover in the film.
Shah Rukh and Deepika first shared the screen in the iconic ‘Om Shanti Om’ (2007), where Deepika played Shanti Priya and Sandy. This new role occurred shortly after, when Deepika played the role of Shah Rukh Khan’s mother in Atallie’s ‘Jawan’ (2023) and Ranbir Kapoor’s mother in ‘Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva’ (2022). To not mention, he also ‘Kalki 2898 AD’. (2024) is ready to appear as Kalki’s mother, starring Prabhas.
