Washington: Two major names have been removed from a sexual harassment case which includes music Mogul Scene ‘Didi’ Comombs.
According to People Magazine, an accused named Joseph’s Shazaro filed a revised complaint in Florida on 11 April, officially withdrew from the list of persons allegedly present during the 2015 incident.
After submitting reliable documents for the celebrity couple, the lawyers made a change that they were not in question at the Miami Party.
Reports received by People Magazine suggests that the J-Z was engaged in a public event at New York University around the time of alleged attack, followed by a holiday at Hawaii with Beyoncé, verified by contemporary media coverage.
Shazaro originally claimed that he was intoxicated and humiliated at a birthday party for the son of Comombs, which was held at a star island residence, owned by Gloria and Emilio Estefan, reported to be Peepal Magazine.
According to the trial, he was later taken to another gathering and publicly humiliated, forced to wear a sex toy mask. Update filing no longer refers to the couple as witnesses or audiences.
J-Z’s Attorney Alex Spiro said in a statement, “J-Z was not in Florida to see the incident at that time-he was easily engaged in searchable public activities, which proved that he was not in the incident,” This is said in a statement, “This is more fuck that erases the trust in our ‘Justice’ system.”
Although not listed as defendants, Beyonse, J-Z, Gloria Estefan, and Basketball Star Lebron James were mentioned as individuals in the first original filing, who allegedly saw aspects of the incident.
Only Emilio Estefan is nominated as a defendant.
The complaint includes graphic allegations, stating that Comombs ordered the masters to be subjected to other guests under non-consciousness and derogatory acts.
According to Peepal magazine, one example included the plaintiff dressed in a box and a mask with a locking sex device.
Gloria Estefan allegedly tried to intervene twice, asked for medical aid, but was reportedly silenced by Emilio.
In response to the allegations, a spokesperson of the combs dismissed the claims as false and sensational.
The legal team of Comombs said, “This complaint shows the plaintiff of the underprivileged length that the plaintiff will travel to the headlines in search of a salary.”
Sean Comombs has faced several cases in recent months, accused of sexual misconduct.
He has denied all the allegations and has entered not one-more petition in a separate federal case. His next court is expected to attend the next court in May 2025.
The lawyers of Beyoncay, J-Z and Majzaro have not publicly commented on the matter.
