Yash to start filming for Ramayana Part 1 with Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi

Mumbai: Pan-India star Yash, known for the blockbuster ‘KGF’, is set to join the shoot of ‘Ramayana Bhaag 1’ in the coming week in Mumbai. To make an auspicious start for his journey with this mythological epic, Yash will first visit the revered Sri Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain to search for divine blessings.

The film also stars Bollywood superstar Ranbir Kapoor and actress Sai Pallavi. Yash starts every new film project with a visit to the temple.

This time, his visit to the temple is a symbolic moment in the form of Ravana, a devotee of Mahadev, the character played by the actor in ‘Ramayana Part 1’.

Apart from playing an important role, Yash is co-producing the film with its banners, monster mind creations as well as Malhota’s Prime Focus Studio. As a hand-on co-producer, he is working closely with the team on all aspects of the ambitious project and slapped for Kickstart to shoot his scenes since late April.

Producer Namit Malhotra is supporting the cinematic epic, which is considered to be the most ambitious mythological epic of Indian cinema to date. The film is starring by a acclaimed filmmaker Nitesh Tiwari, and the rich story claims a cinematic vision to re -define the legendary style for the state -of -the -art technology and a global audience.

‘Ramayana Bhaag 1’ is set to release Diwali 2026, followed by ‘Ramayana Bhaag 2’ on Diwali 2027.

Meanwhile, the pipeline in Yash also has ‘Toxic: A Fairy Tail for Grone-Up’. The makers of the film recently shared the film, will come to theaters on March 19, 2026.

The first large -scale Indian project was shot in both Kannada and English shooting, written, and shooting, ‘Toxic Blends Culture and Continents.
