New Delhi: Actress Preeti Zinta has responded to her potential entry in politics, especially the ongoing speculation about her possible entry in the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Tomorrow Ho Na Ho Star was asked by a fan: “Are you going to join BJP in the near future? Your tweets look like this in the last few months …”
In response, Preeti made it clear that participating in religious events is not equal to a political affiliation.
“This is a problem with people on social media. Everyone has become so just recently. As I said earlier, going to a temple, participating in Maha Kumbh, and proud of my identity does not mean that I am joining politics or, for this, for this, BJP,” he wrote.

He said, “Staying outside India has really appreciated the value of my country. Like everyone else, I now cherish India and everything even more.”
After his response, the fan clarified that the question came from a place of real curiosity and did not intend to do justice. Zinta then apologized to her voice and revealed how such questions have affected her emotionally.
“I regret that if I feel suddenly! I have PTSD from this question. Appreciate your explanation. After becoming a mother and living in a foreign country, I want to make sure that my children don’t forget that they are half-Indian. My husband is unknown, we are bringing our children as Hindus.
He continued: “I think I need to answer who I am or I am proud to teach my children about their roots and religion. Come on, time to move forward … send you a lot of love and best wishes.”
After marrying Jean Goodeno in 2016, Preeti moved to Los Angeles. The couple welcomed the twins, a boy named Jai and a girl named Jia -Via Surrogacy in 2021.
Zinta is now ready to return to the big screen in 1947, directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and produced by Aamir Khan. The film also stars Sunny Deol, Shabana Azmi, and Ali Fazal in Pipal Rolls.
