Breathing technology for asthma

1. Diaphragm breathing (stomach breath) – This method involves deep breathing through the nose, allowing the stomach to grow instead of chest. This promotes complete oxygen exchange and reduces breathing attempts, especially during mild asthma.

● Sit or lie down comfortably.

● Breathe through your nose, which can increase your stomach.

● Gently exhale through pure lips while allowing the stomach fall.

● Repeat for 5-10 minutes per day.

2. Ripe -Lip Breathe – This technique helps to keep the airways open for a long time, improve airflow and reduce respiratory discomfort.

how to do it

● For 2 seconds, inhale slowly through the nose.

● Gently exhale through pure lips (such as flying candles) for 4 seconds.

● Practice during activities that cause respiratory discomfort.

3. Beuteco Breathing Technology – This technique is specifically designed for patients suffering from asthma and focuses on nasal breathing and respiratory control. The purpose of this method is to reduce the hypervantitation of the lungs and improve the level of carbon dioxide in it.

4. Papworth Method – It includes breathing as well as relaxation exercises, thus enable proper breathing through the nose and diaphragm.
