A few days after his emotional breakdown video went viral, actor Babil Khan shared an update about his project with Telugu filmmaker Sai Rajesh on Saturday evening.
In an Instagram post, he indicated that cooperation could end.
Without disclosing several details, Babil wrote, “With a lot of patience, passion, and mutual respect, both Sai Rajesh sir and I joined this journey to create magic together. Unfortunately, due to unexpected circumstances, things did not proceed, as everyone planned.”
He also mentioned that he would take a break from work. Giving his best wishes to the filmmaker, Babil said, “I know we have a lot of love, and we will meet soon in the future and will do magic together.”
Sai Rajesh also posted about the project on Instagram. While the nature of Babil’s exit from the film is not clear, the director shared a hearty note about working with the young actor.
“Babil is one of the most talented and hardworking actors found in his life. However, I have to accept this unfortunate reality of the situation. After spending time with Babil while preparing, I was very happy to work with such a talented actor … I will still experience performing in front of him! Sai Rajesh will still make that magic together,” he wrote.
It comes shortly after Vikas Babil’s shared and later the video was removed on Instagram in which he appeared emotional and expressed concern about the film industry and some celebrities.
After the video went viral, Babil clarified that his comments were misinterpreted.
Later, Sai Rajesh reportedly now addressed the situation in a post, indirectly criticized the actor’s team. He wrote, “For Babil Khan’s team. Do you really think that we are naive only to go away quietly? What kind of attitude is we being kept?
Babil later replied in the comment section of another post, shared the limit of his efforts for the role.
