Hera Feri 3: Amidst the legal line with Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal’s lawyer issues statements – “He accepted Rs 11 lakh and sent notice …”

New Delhi:

Veteran actor Paresh Rawal’s legal representatives, Anand and Naik, have officially responded to their exit dispute with Hera Ferri 3. This makes the first formal statement from the actor’s legal team about the issue.

This Vikas follows Paresh Rawal’s post on X (East Twitter), where he announced on Sunday morning: “My lawyer, Amate Naik has sent a proper response to my correct termination and exit. Once they read my response, all issues will be kept to rest.”

Later during the day, Rawal’s lawyers issued a detailed statement in which the third installment of Hera Ferri Franchise addressed his departure circumstances.

He told IANS, “It is believed that he did not give a draft of the story, screenplay and a long form agreement, which was original for our customer’s engagement. Of these, as well as the creator of the original films and the creator of original films, Mr. Nadivala issued a notice to our customer and chose Mubarak to make a film and removed Mubarak and removed the money.”

The legal team specifically referred to Firoz Nadidwala, cousin of producer Sajid Nadidwala, and clarified that Rawal’s decision to leave the film was to protect his interests while maintaining a cordial relationship with Feroz Nadiadwala.

After the report emerged, the situation gained momentum, claiming that Paresh Rawal had disturbed the long -running franchise fans and dropped them out of Hera Feri 3. Subsequently, Akshay Kumar allegedly filed a case against Rawal.

Kumar, who is not only the stars in the film, but is also producing it after Feroz Nadiadwala got the rights, alleged that the exit caused financial and logical failures.

However, Paresh Rawal refused to leave the film due to creative disagreement with director Priyadarshan, with which he has been supported for years. He said, “I respect my heart a lot for the filmmaker,” saying that this decision was not suddenly. He explained that Babu Bhayya’s character no longer appealed to his artistic condolences.

The statement of the lawyers further clarified Rawal’s stance and addressed his constituent obligations. This confirmed that the actor returned the signature amount of Rs 11 lakh to Akshay Kumar’s production house with interest.

Addressing allegations of financial loss, lawyers said:
“At first they accepted the monies, but later unfortunately sent an unstable notice to our customer when there was nothing intentionally and no one was ready with a story and cloud: so no harm can ever happen. I hope they will accept this reality and move beyond our customer (SIC).”

With the legal teams involved in both sides, the future of Hera Ferry 3 is uncertain.
