The much awaited martial art drama ‘Karate Kid Legends’ starring Ben Wang and Jackie Chan started on the Indian screen on 30 May. Despite its release and discussion about a magnificent actors, the film’s initial performance decreased with expectations.
Karate Kid Legends, directed by Jonathan Antvistal and produced by Karen Rosenfelt, marked an important chapter in the cute franchise. This is the first entry in the series that is rated PG -13, and in particular, the first karate kid film is not produced by the late Jerry Ventrab. However, the film’s long -awaited debut is found with mixed reactions at the box office.
‘Karate Kid Legends’ Box Office Day 1
Sacnilk reports that ‘Karate Kid Legends’ made a respectable of Rs 1.75 crore on the first day of release in India. While the regional audience reacted a few more numbers, the English-language screening of the film had comparatively less occupied of 10.11%. For Telugu, the occupancy rate was 11.92%, Hindi was 6.05%, and Tamil was 17.72%.
The film performed the best at night, with 14.20% occupancy, according to the breakdown by Shotmes; Morning and afternoon performance did not do well.

‘Karate Kid Legends’ plot
The film Lee Fong is a young martial artist who moves to New York City and gets entangled in a bitter quarrel with a local karate champion. Fong is involved in a major tournament with the help of several martial arts luminaries, where their abilities and determination are tested.

With a period of one hour and fifty minutes, ‘Karate Kid Legends’ is now available in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Although it is not clear that the film will be closed in the next weeks, Karate Kid Legacy is definitely against the fierce competition at the box office.
