In a new court room testimony, graphic designer Bryna Bongolan claimed that music Mogul Scene “Didi” once closed the 17th floor balcony and during a 2016 incident, his then girlfriend, singer Cassendra “Kaisi” was tied to Ventura.

Bongoll, appeared as a government witness in the federal sex trafficking and racketoring case of Combes, testified that the alleged balcony attack took place after a storm in the Ventura’s apartment in Comombs while he and his girlfriend were sleeping. “You know what you did (explain),” he allegedly shouted before lifting the Bongolan on the verge of the balcony and threw it into the courtyard furniture.

Bongool injuries and photos of a puncture wounds were shown to the jury, which along with metadata associated them with the date of the alleged attack. Prosecutors say the incident reflects a pattern of violent, controlling behavior.

Another disturbing claim in the form of Bongolan said that he had once seen Comombs throwing knives in Ventura during a separate change. According to him, Ventura threw it back, nor was injured.

Testifying to a broad environment of misuse, the Bongolan regularly recalled drug use – including cocaine and ketamine – with Ventura, he said that he sometimes purchases drugs for singers who paid her. He struggled both with drug addiction, but said that he is calm now.

At the stand, Bongolol also recalled a moment during a gardener photoshoot, where Combes allegedly climbed her face and threatened, “I am a devil and I can kill you.” “I was nervous,” he told the jury.

Comombs’s defense team led by Attorney Nicole Westmoreland worked to discredit the Bongolan account, which highlights discrepancies in his memory of pre -interviews with prosecutors. As part of the cross-examination, Bongolan often stated that it could not remember previous statements, including the details of the balcony incident and the alleged threat in Malibu.

The testimony of the government’s central witness is built on the claims before Ventura, who had earlier told the court that he had seen Combes pulling the Bong movement from the balcony railing and threw it on the courtyard.

In addition, on Wednesday, testifying was the forensic video analyst Frank Piaza, who defeated Ventura in 2016 by defeating Ventura and certifying the footage, which has become central in the prosecution case.

The Bongolan is ready to resume the testimony on Thursday, with another major witness, only identified as “Jane”, which is expected to follow.
