Mumbai: Actor Ahaan Shetty and his sister Athiya have mourned the loss of their pet Body, a husk.
Atiya, who is married to cricketer KL Rahul, took her Instagram stories, where she shared a post with Body and her brother Ahaan. He also posted some old pictures and clips of his parents Sunil Shetty and mother Manna.
He wrote: “My Brudu .. I can’t even imagine a life and home without you. Thank you for being the best part of our childhood. Give peace to my Ladu Ram.”
For Ahaan, it was “the most difficult goodbye.”
He took to Instagram and posted a string of pictures with Body, which he called his brother, safe place and heart. ,
Ahaan wrote: “You have been with me through some of the most important, transformative years of my life. I don’t know how much you mean to me. You were more than a partner. You were more than a partner … You were my brother, my safe place, my heart.”
Letting four-feet-friends go is one of the most difficult things that Ahaan’s “ever had to do”.
“I’m going to remember you a lot, broad. You were loved very much. You are loved very much. Thank you for everything. Relax peacefully, my beautiful boy. As long as we meet again,” he wrote.
Ahaan made her Bollywood debut with Tara Sutia with the 2021 film “Tadap”. He will be seen next time in Sunny Deol-starrer “Border 2”, including Varun Dhawan and Diljit Dosanj. Directed by Anurag Singh, the film is being produced by Bhushan Kumar and Nidhi Dutta as co-producers with Shiv Chanana and Binoy Gandhi.
The iconic 1997 is expected to be inspired by the 1999 Kargil war between sequel India and Pakistan for the 1999 war drama border.
The Kargil conflict saw Pakistani soldiers infiltrating the Line of Control (LOC), capturing strategic positions on the Indian side. In response, India began a large -scale military operation to retrieve the region.
“Border 2” is slapped to hit theaters on 23 January 2026.
Ahaan will also be seen in “Sanki” by Sajid Nadiadwala. The film, which is also Pooja Hegde, directed the debut director Adnan A. Is done by Sheikh and Yasir Jah.
