A self-familiar game enthusiastic, Saimi has always taken away the world of performance and physical endurance, but its current preparation has demonstrated a unique commitment to carry forward its limitations.

The actress regularly shares her day’s snapshot of her day training ahead of the tournament M, and it is clear that she is leaving no stone unturned. The rule included 10.03 km treadmill runs at 1:10:10 (speed of 7: 00/km), followed by a cycling session of 40.43 km around Mumbai at 1:34:52 (on an average 25.6 km/h), and 1,500 meter pool in 37:50 (2:30) with a pool floating. This demand for TRAI-Dissiplin Workout is a solid base for the Ironman 70.3, yet Cymi humbly accepts, “The distance of the Olympic size looked great, but it seemed far from being ready for 70.3.”
Talking about his preparation, Saymi shared, “As an actor comes with his physical and emotional demands. Training is very challenging for something like Ironman 70.3 while shooting or traveling. But I never like to work in half the way. This race not only changes the body. That is why I need to make more efforts.
After Milind Soman, Saiyami Kher became the first Indian actress to complete the toughest Triathlon in the world: Ironman Race. She was to compete in Berlin to compete in Triathlon, the most difficult in the world: Ironman, which was held in September 2024.
