Cleanser:
Cleansing is the first step in any skincare regimen. Choose light cleanser in summer that effectively removes all makeup, sweat and everyday grim accumulation while keeping the skin hydrated. Choose cleaner that contains ingredients such as aloe vera, green tea and niacinmide.

Moisturizer:
There is a misconception that our skin requires moisturizer in summer. However, all types of skin require hydration, which gives a mandatory part of the skincare even during the warm months. Choose water- or gel-based moisturizers that easily glide on your skin without feeling sticky during summer.

Sunscreen:
Tanning, which is caused by damage to UV rays, is the worst current that heat can give us. In addition to tanning, these harmful UV rays can cause other skin diseases, which can only avoid the application of sunscreen. This will allow your skin to glow by molding it with UVA and UVB rays. For optimal security, use sunscreen again every three to four hours.

Facial Gauge:
Facial mist is essential for those who spend a lot of time in the sun, walking during the day. Choose a product that is quite small to put in a small purse, so that you can use it anytime, whenever you notice tightness in your skin, it immediately hydrates the face.

Lightweight shampoo:
In summer, you should wash your hair more often due to all sweat, dirt and oil buildup. But using rigid shampoo can often reduce your natural oil hair, making your strands dry and delicate. Your best option is a sulfate-free, light shampoo. Look for shampoo that contains calm and hydrating materials such as chamomile, coconut water, tea tree oil, or aloe vera.

In summer, sweat and oil are unavoidable, but shampooing every day is not the best option. Dry shampoo can help with it. Without using water, it helps to remove excess oil and sweat from your scalp, making your hair look fresh and cleaner.

Additionally, keep yourself hydrated by drinking a lot of water and consuming water rich foods like cucumber, watermelon and coconut water.
