Washington: Actor Brad Pitt was interested in acting with fellow actor Tom Cruise until the role does not require aerial stunts to not need death, I said! news.
Two A-Listers acted together in the 1994 horror drama “Interview with The Vampire”. And never found again on the screen.
In an interview with E! News at the Mexican Premier of his upcoming film ‘F1’, Pitt referred to Cruise’s popular airplane stunt and said that he is later ready to do a film only when stunts are performed on the ground.
“Well, I am not going to hang my donkey from an airplane and fuck like this,” Pit again said with laughter when asked about working with the cruise. “So when he does something again that is on the ground, [then yes]”Pitt told E!
Meanwhile, Pitt’s ‘F1’ film is directed by Joseph Kosinski and the pair behind Cruise’s record-breaking ‘Top: Gun Maverick’ is produced by Jerry Brookhaimmer. ,
Pitt’s film was being developed, while Cruz’s film was in post-production. “Top Gun: Mavric” earned USD 1.4 billion at the box office in 2022 in summer.
Kosinski recently reported GQ Magazine, as quoted by Variety, that he had originally planned to reconcile cruise and pit for his version of ‘Ford We Ferrari’, although the studio never approved his budget.
James Mangold directed ‘Ford We Ferrari’ along with Christian Bell and Matt Demon.
“Tom always pushes it to the extent, but is super competent and very skilled at the same time,” Kosinski said when asked what the cruise did in ‘F1’ on the pit, as was quoted by the variety.
“They are both natural talent for driving. But yes, I could probably see Tom a little more scaring us,” Kosinski said
The film’s action vehicle supervisor Graham Kelly took GQ as quoted as a variety of quotes.
“Tom pushes it to the limit. I really mean the limits. It hurts me.
Pit’s ‘F1’ is set to open in theaters on 27 June.
