An actor working on Tyler Perry-Created TV drama “The Oval” has filed a case, alleging that Perry harassed her to harass her industry’s power to repeatedly sexually harass and keep her calm.
The case filed in Los Angeles Superior Court by actor Derek Dixon, who appeared in 85 episodes of the BET series, looks at at least $ 260 million losses.
“Shri Perry took his success and power and used his considerable impact in the entertainment industry to make a forceful, sexually abused dynamic with Sri Dixon – initially promised career’s advancement and creative opportunities, such as producing his pilot and casting them in his show, only to do sexual harassment, attacks and batteries and professionals and professionally,” called them.
The trial was filed on Friday and was first reported by TMZ on Tuesday.
Perry’s lawyer, Matthew Boyd, said that its allegations are false.

Boyd said in a statement on Tuesday, “This is a person who has reached close to Tyler Perry.” But the toyler will not be shaken, and we believe that these fabricated claims of harassment will fail. “
The trial said that Perry first saw Dixon in 2019 when Dixon was part of the event staff at a peri party, and later offered an audition.
Dixon will first appear in a small role on the Perry series “Ruthless” before getting a big role on the political drama “The Oval”.
Perry soon began sending unwanted sexual text messages to Dixon, according to the trial, which includes screenshots of many of them.
“Is it going to have this to have a desireless sex?” One of the messages says.
The trial said that Perry offered Dixon a major role in the show as his sexual progress became more aggressive.
The actor says that he tried to remain friendly while maintaining boundaries.
“Dixon tried his best to tip the sexual aggression of Mr. Perry keeping in mind the good side of Mr. Perry,” says the case. “Mr. Perry made it clear to Dixon that if Dixon ignored Perry or failed to join with sexual intuition, Dixon’s character would ‘die.”
The lawsuit says that Perry eventually sexually harassed Dixon on “many opportunities”, including an example, where he “forcibly pulled up Mr. Dixon’s clothes, grabbed his buttocks, and tried to force himself to Dixon.”
Dixon clearly described Perry as “no”, but was initially ignored until he was able to increase the situation and change the subject according to the case.
The next day, Perry apologized, and told Dixon that he would work with Dixon on a TV pilot Dixon.
Dixon later gained an increase that the case suggests that it was part of the attempt to keep quiet.

He said that the fear of his character dying kept him calm.
Perry also produced and bought the rights of the pilot, which is called “Khona It”, but the suit alleges that Perry had no intention of selling the show and it was using it only for the leverage on Dixon.
The trial describes several other attacks, including a single one, where Dixon was living in a guest room in Perry’s house when Perry climbed on the bed with her and started to flicker, the case accused the trial.
Dixon will eventually run from Atlanta, Perry’s Production Studios’ House, Los Angeles to make a distance between them.
In 2024, Dixon lodged a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and when no action was taken from the show’s manufacturers, he left.
Associated press usually does not name those who say they have been sexually abused until they are publicly, as they are near Dixon.
“The Oval” is one of the many television series executives manufactured and directed by 55 -year -old Perry, written and directed, which is first known as the producer and star of “Maddy” films and has since created a major production empire in TV and films since then. As an actor, he has also appeared in “Gon Girl” and “Dont Look Up” films.
