New Delhi: Bollywood actress Karishma Kapoor attended the funeral of her ex -husband Sunayjay Kapoor in Delhi today.
She was with her child Samaira and Kian. Kareena Kapoor Khan and brother -in -law Saif Ali Khan were also seen participating in the ceremony. Suzay Kapoor’s wife Priya Sachdev was also present at the ceremony.
Karishma was seen emotional with attending the funeral ceremony.

Sujay Kapoor’s funeral was performed with family and close colleagues at Lodhi Road crematorium (Dayanand Muktidham).
Kapoor, a prominent person in the automotive sector and president of the gold comstar, allegedly faced cardiac arrest while participating in a polo match in England. According to a statement by family friend and actor Suhail Seth, a bee sting incident during the match could cause a heart attack.
Seth confirmed the tragic news on X, saying, “deeply saddened by the death of @Sunjaykapur … a terrible loss and deep condolences to his family and colleagues … Om Shanti.”
Kapoor was known not only for his leadership in the industry but also for his love for Polo. He overtakes his wife Priya Kapoor, Kid Samaira, Kian (from her previous wedding from actor Karisma Kapoor), and Safira and Azeriaas.
Earlier today, Karisma Kapoor, Samaira and Kian, were spotted at a private airport in Mumbai. They were all wearing white clothes. The former couple married in 2003 and divorced in 2016 after entering for mutual separation in 2014.
Karishma’s sister, actors Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan were also first seen at a private airport in Mumbai.
A prayer meeting in the memory of Kapoor is scheduled from 4 pm to 5 pm on 22 June at the Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi. A note shared by the family on social media includes his mother Rani Surinder Kapoor’s names; Wife, Priya Kapoor; And all four children Samaira, Kian, Safira and Azerias.
