New Delhi: After the sudden demise of former president Suzay Kapoor on 13 June, Sona Comment has declared Jeffrey Mark as the new chairman of the company.
In a press release, the company said that overli has worked as an independent director in the board since February 12, 2021.
According to the release, the overli is actively involved in the company’s rule for about five years, despite being in a separate time area, a correct attendance record in board and committee meetings is maintained. His contribution has been described as important in the discussion and decision making of the board.
“The Mr was an operating partner in the Corporate Private Equity Group in the Blackstone Group, who was located in New York till his retirement in 2018. He continues to support Blackstone by serving several portfolio companies. In Blackstone, he was involved in the operational improvement improvement and strategic initiative in the global portfolio of the firm.”
Prior to joining Blackstone in 2008, the Kohaler did overly as the vice -president of the global stability operations at the company, where he managed the global manufacturing operations and the entire supply chain. Overli has obtained a science degree in industrial management from Cincinnati University and a master’s degree in trade from Central Michigan University. He brings over 43 years of operational experience for his new role.
