New Delhi: Zee TV’s hit drama Jamai is ready to give a visually magnificent and emotionally intensive twist as the men’s lead, Neil (starred by Abhishek Malik), which turns into a powerful avatar of Goddess Kali Maa. This groundbreaking moment on Hindi television takes inspiration of Allu Arjun in Pushpa 2, which marks a unique mixture of cinematic style and raw emotional depth that is rarely seen on small screen.
Riddhi (Simran Kaur) has been kidnapped as a story, inspired to save Neil’s desperate mission-to enter the platform for a high-voltage visual treatment for edge. Abhishek’s change included a wide makeover process, which takes about two hours per day, including full-body paint, dramatic eye makeup, heavy temple jewelery and a traditional saree. Adding intensity, Abhishek styles, high-energy displays scenes, while wearing in heavy attire, Hindi in an unprecedented way on general entertainment channels, including devotion and action.
Expressing his excitement, Abhishek Malik shared, “When I first heard about this track and I was going to play as Goddess Kali Ma. I got cow pumps because this look is a complete replica of Allu Arjun’s iconic avatar from Pushpa 2 – Fire, Acute, and we were prepared.” This meant that it was completely out.
Abhishek said, “This is without a doubt, one of the most challenging and creatively completed sequences, which I have ever shot. This look is something opposite that the audience has seen earlier on Hindi GEC. Jamai No. 1 has always pushed boundaries, and this track is a perfect example. We are actually shooting this sequence for two days.”
Fans will soon witness the performance of the dramatic court, where Neil appears in his goddess Kali Maa avatar, such as Judge prepares to announce life imprisonment. Suspense around Neil, will Neil surrender or if Ridhi will get a way to protect from a false accusation, promises to place the audience on the edge of their seats.
