Ajnesh Lokeath is a music composer for the film, while Pragathi Shetty is a costume designer. Rishab has written the film with co-author Anirudh Mahesh and Shanil Gautham. Dharni is a Gangepura art director and Banglan is a production designer.

In recent times, prequel was in news for wrong reasons. The actors of the film, Kalabhavan Niju and Rakesh Pujri died of a heart attack, while Junior Artists drowned in the river MF Kapil Supurnica. Apart from these deaths, a boat carrying members of the film’s crew was capted in June. All the members of the boat survived unhealthy.

Kantara In the lead roles, Rishab, Sapthami Gowda, Kishore and Achuth Kumar starred. The film revolves around Shiva and Up Range Forest Officer Murali, who is on the same page on issues related to native culture and safety of environment, but whatever they choose are different.
