A notice by the company that makes a round on social media wrote, “Due to the release of superstar Rajni’s film Cool, we have decided to announce a holiday on 14 August 2025 in efforts to avoid pile-up leave requests for HR Department on 14 August 2025.

The notice also states that the holiday is applied to all branches including Chennai, Bangalore, Trichy, Tirunelveli, Chengalpattu, Mattuti and Arpalayam.
