Mumbai: Several members of the entertainment industry have welcomed the revised order of the Supreme Court about stray dogs in the Delhi/ NCR region, according to which stray dogs will be sterilized, vaccinated, distorted, and then will be left back to areas where they were raised.

Comedian and actor, Veer Das, took to his ex -timeline and wrote: “Thanks to India’s Supreme Court for sterilization, vaccination and our community dogs, a safe return of our community dogs in their neighborhood. On your sympathy and balance.”
Popular television actress, Rupali Ganguly also expressed her happiness, saying, “A major victory for compassion! It is grateful to the Hon’ble Supreme Court to amend her order, allows the sterilization and release of stray dogs in Delhi. On August 11, a decision was issued by the Supreme Court, in which local authorities were instructed to catch all stray dogs in Delhi and NCR region and were established by civil officials in special shelters. SC further said that no animal should be allowed to escape from these shelter houses.
However, in the last few days, several protests have been held in the national capital, urging the SC to withdraw his order.
