Mumbai: Actor and fitness enthusiast Milind Soman attended the Ironman Triathlon after a decade. He shared that more than 80 Indians participated in Triathalon, including her better half, Ankita Konwar.
Sharing photos and videos from the event in Spain on social media, Soman wrote, “Swim! Bicycle! Run! Run!
In this picture, Soman and Kunwar posed in their swimwear, then showed a picture of the actor enjoying a healthy food between a beautiful background. We could also see Soman and Kunwar facing the camera for a fun selfie.
This post included a string of couples in Iron village.
Both of them also enjoyed the sea, as well as the ’emergency’ actor riding a bicycle during his migration.
Back in July, Soman and his better half spent completing the Triathalon Challenge in Kolhapur over the weekend, including 3.8 km of swimming, 180 km cycling and 10 km runs in Rajaram Lake.
He dropped a sargam of videos and himself and Kunwar was riding a bicycle, on the banks of the lake, and on the road.

Earlier, Soman was also part of a half marathon. He secretly dropped some tableaux of the event on Instagram, and wrote: “Trolmso Midnight Half Marathon in Norway with @ankita_Earthy a few weeks ago, brilliant fun!
