Mumbai: The trailer of the upcoming streaming film ‘Songs of Paradise’ was unveiled on Monday. This offers a glimpse in Raj Begum’s life and mythological music journey.
The film is a period drama, and it has Saba Azad and Soni Razdan. This is inspired by Padma Shri Awardi, Raj Begum. The main character has been depicted by Saba Azad and Soni Razdan over a period of two time.
Talking about the film, Saba Azad said, “It is nothing short of a revelation to play a character inspired by veteran Raj Begum. As a musician I proud myself for a huge hearing terminology and yet I was completely in darkness about this phenomenon.

‘Songs of Paradise’ is an Ode for Raj Begum’s inspiring music and journey that is supplemented by Abhay Sopori’s intimate creation and the tone of the United Nations Nisa that affects the rich music heritage and the captivating background of the valley.

Soni Razdan, who played the role of old Raj Begum, said that “heaven song” is a story that transferred me the moment when I read the script, and step into her character was a deep experience, flexibility, strength and cultural identity, embodimenting the flexibility, strength and cultural identity.

The film is directed and written by famous filmmaker Danish Renzu and is written by him, along with Neeran Eynger and Sayana Kachro.
