Pune: Bollywood actor Boman Irani visited Pune’s historic Shrimant Bhusaheb Rangi Ganapati Mandal To offer your prayers on the occasion of Ganesh festival. The actor performed the Sham Maha Aari in the mandal and later interacted with the devotees present.
Talking to the media, Irani said on Sunday, “I am very happy because I had a vision of Lord Ganesha. My niece lives in Pune, and at his house, Ganpati has arrived, where I have also worshiped. Ganesh Utsav is a festival Where people come together and live together. ,
“When Lord Ganesh departs, he leaves a message behind that he will return next year, and by then, people should remain united. That is that The true message of Ganesh Utsav unity. Sharing details about his upcoming projects, Irani said, “I am working on a film directed by Priyadarshan, for which I will soon go to Kerala for shooting. The film also includes Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan. Recently, at the age of 65, at the age of 65, I also completed a film as a director.”
Praising the historical significance of Mandal, the actor said, “What I really likes about this mandal is its specialty, it is the first public Ganpati statue in the country. Its installation is very historic. Through this idol, the fight against evil forces is clearly depicted.”

Along with Boman Irani, Marathi film actor Santosh Juvekar was also present and prayed.
