Mumbai: Late industrialist and Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor’s ex -husband, Sujay Kapoor’s legal battle for property and property is intense.
After Karishma Kapoor, a new development has come to light against Priya Sachdev, wife of the late industrialist, to create her wish, a new development has come out.
On Wednesday, Vaibhav Gaggar, the legal lawyer of Rani Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor’s mother, said that the court has ordered Priya to report all movable and immovable property of the late industrialist by his death (June 12, 2025).

Vaibhav spoke with the media posted in the court, as he said, “The order is that Miss Priya Sachdeva has been told that all the details of Sanjay Kapoor’s personal property, until the day of his death, by June 12, all her property should be informed to the court.
He further mentioned that the plaintiff sought a direction from the court to say that all the assets of Sunjay Kapoor should be revealed as they do not know for anyone else but for defendant number 1, who is Priya Sachdev. Therefore, the court pleased to allow it in its favor and directed that all their asset list needs to be disclosed to the court in light of other facts.
The lawyer also spoke about the claims made by Karisma Kapoor on behalf of her children, in which she said the will has been coined.
He said, “Sunayjay Kapoor’s second wife, ex -wife, Karisma Kapoor, while filing a claim on behalf of her children, said that A will has been given to her, which she is saying that she is fake and fabricated, on the basis of which her children have been taken out of their personal heritage”.

“And claim that he has created, that the inter-state succession should be, that Sujay Kapoor’s property should be divided into five parts, her two children, Priya and her sons, and Mrs. Rani Kapoor, who is her mother, if she was an inter-state succession, he would be saying that he is saying that he is a will.
Priya, on her side, claimed that Karisma Kapoor and her children have already received Rs 1900 crore from the legacy of the late industrialist.
