Although his unique slow-paced dance style attracted attention, he initially did not make it into the top 18 contestants. Thanks to that viral moment, Raghav was invited back as a wildcard contestant, which became his breakthrough, bringing him into the limelight and setting the stage for success thereafter.

Apart from his success as a dancer and actor, Raghav Juyal also made his mark as a charismatic and entertaining television host. From Dance Plus to Dance Deewane, his unique sense of humor, unique style and easy chemistry with the contestants made him one of the most loved hosts on Indian television.
But even at his peak, Raghav took a break from television for five years to become less famous, shed his old image and start again as an actor. “People were watching me for free on TV, so why would they pay to see me in a movie?” He reflected on this in an interview with Young.
Raghav also told about the initial days of his struggle in Mumbai. He shared, “When I arrived, I had nothing. But I enjoyed that stage too.” “I had the best time eating vada pav. Ten of us stayed in a room. Our fridge wasn’t working, so we used it as a cupboard to keep our undergarments. If someone opened it by mistake, they would be shocked,” he recalls with a laugh.
Raghav Juyal has now won hearts with a spontaneous and emotional scene with Emraan Hashmi in The Ba**ds of Bollywood. Her heartfelt rendition of “Kaho Naa Kaho” became a viral moment, praised for its genuine emotion and comic timing, making it one of the standout highlights of the film.
